Gurgaon-based real estate company ordered to pay Rs 23 lakh compensation to buyers over delayed flat possession by Haryana RERA

The builder is given a thirty-day window to complete this payment or incur interest penalties. The homeowners had requested compensation for both mental anguish and financial troubles linked to the delays, resulting in an award that included property appreciation, harassment, and legal fees.
