Florida AG James Uthmeier says Fauci probe could uncover grounds for criminal liability despite pardon
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said on "Sunday Morning Futures" that his office is examining potential claims ranging from fraud and deceptive trade practices to public nuisance as part of its investigation into Dr. Anthony Fauci, adding that the probe could uncover grounds for criminal liability.
Uthmeier said Florida investigators plan to use "every tool under Florida law" as they examine whether Fauci engaged in any self-dealing or profited from COVID-era policies.
