NIA files chargesheet against 9 ISIS members, supporters for radicalising youths online

The National Investigation Agency has charge-sheeted nine ISIS members and supporters. These individuals allegedly radicalised young people for violent terrorist activities. They conspired to establish a caliphate in India through violent jihad. The accused also planned to make explosives and undertake weapon training. A secure application was developed and tested for secret communication among them.
