Kanpur doctor leaves hospital, his driver picks up stethoscope; starts prescribing medicines to patients

A viral video from Kanpur's Kanshiram Hospital allegedly showed a doctor's driver sitting in the OPD and prescribing medicines to patients while the emergency medical officer was away at a court hearing. The hospital CMS sought an explanation from the doctor and warned of action and an FIR if outsiders are again found prescribing medicines.
