Who is Major Navya Shekhawat, first woman Army officer appointed President’s Aide-De-Camp assisting her in official duties ?

Major Navya Shekhawat has become the first woman Indian Army officer to serve as an Aide-de-Camp to President Droupadi Murmu. Commissioned into the Army Service Corps in 2021 after clearing the CDS examination and training at OTA Chennai, she became the second woman overall to hold the President’s ADC role, following Navy officer Yashasvi Solanki’s appointment in 2025.
