Philippine Defence Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro publicly criticised China after a note outlining Beijing’s position on the South China Sea arbitration was handed to him during his speech at the Seoul Defence Dialogue. Teodoro called the move disrespectful and accused China of coercion, bullying and aggression.
