Adani Airports to raise Rs 9,825 crore from Temasek, BlackRock, Premji Invest and Alpha Wave

Adani Enterprises will raise around $1 billion by issuing fresh shares in its airport unit, Adani Airport Holdings, to investors including Temasek, BlackRock, Premji Invest and Alpha Wave. The transaction will result in the consortium holding up to 5.54% in the business, while Adani Enterprises will retain control. The fresh capital will be used to fund the airport business.
