Sebi proposes wider pool of MII board candidates, SOP for key officials

Sebi has proposed governance reforms for market infrastructure institutions, including relaxed director eligibility rules and standardised requirements for four key management roles. The proposals aim to widen access to expertise while strengthening technology, cybersecurity, compliance and risk management across MIIs.
