Arnya Realestates, Casagrand Premier to raise Rs 750 cr equity fund

Arnya Realestates and Casagrand Premier Builder plan to raise over Rs 750 crore through a Category II AIF focused on residential real estate in Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The fund will invest Rs 75-200 crore across 8-10 projects, offering institutional investors exposure through a preferred equity investment structure.
