Meta sued for over Rs 20000000 by Delhi man after Instagram creator films him using Meta glasses

Accusing an Instagram creator of secretly filming him at a Delhi café using Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, a man has sent a legal notice seeking Rs 2.05 crore in damages, an apology and the video's removal. The notice also targets Meta directly over the glasses' design, arguing its recording indicator is too easy to miss, in what the IFF calls one of India's first such challenges.
