Supreme Court tells Tarun Tejpal to surrender within two weeks

The Supreme Court has ordered Tarun Tejpal to surrender within two weeks. His appeal against conviction will be heard after he files a surrender certificate. The court granted Tejpal two weeks to complete this surrender process. The Goa government argued Tejpal should have surrendered before filing his appeal. The case is now scheduled for hearing on September 22.
