Inorbit Malls completes acquisition of 2 malls for Rs 1242.5 cr

Inorbit Malls has bolstered its presence by purchasing two additional malls from Prozone Realty for a hefty Rs 1,242.5 crore. This significant deal, which effectively doubles their asset portfolio to eight malls in just a year, encompasses properties in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and Coimbatore. Prozone Realty has acknowledged the successful transfer of equity shares in these assets, elevating Inorbit Malls' total leasing area beyond five million square feet.
