Separatist Shabir Shah should not to be unnecessarily handcuffed: Special NIA court

A special NIA court in Jammu ordered jail authorities to avoid unnecessary handcuffing of Shabir Ahmad Shah. The separatist leader cited advanced age and multiple health ailments causing him pain. Shah was arrested by the NIA in connection with a three-decade-old terror case. He had recently been released on bail after nearly seven years in other cases.
