Pilot disoriented by laser light, flight circles mid-air before landing at Kolkata airport

A Malaysia Airlines flight carrying 159 passengers was forced to circle before landing at Kolkata airport after a laser beam reportedly flashed into the cockpit during its approach. The pilot was temporarily disoriented by the bright light. The aircraft landed safely, while airport authorities lodged a police complaint over the incident.
