Smartworks leases 1,100 desks in Pune to L&T Technology Services for Rs 55cr rent in 5 years

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has leased over 1,100 desks to L&T Technology Services in Pune. This expansion brings the total seats provided to L&T Technology Services to over 2,750. The company anticipates a rental income of Rs 55 crore over a five-year period. Enterprise workplace decisions are increasingly driven by flexibility and speed.
