Ex-Kotak exec arrested in Rs 145 crore Panchkula fraud case

Enforcement Directorate arrested a former Kotak Mahindra Bank executive. He is accused of masterminding a ₹145-crore fraud. Panchkula municipal corporation officials, bank employees, and private individuals allegedly conspired. Government funds were siphoned off. The executive was sent to ED custody.
