Mysuru Dasara gets pan-India flavour as CMs of two states join procession for first time

Karnataka's Dasara celebrations featured chief ministers from Kerala and Telangana attending the event alongside local dignitaries. The procession included over 100 tableaux representing diverse cultural traditions from various Indian states. Maharaja Yaduveer Wadiyar and other notable figures participated in offering tributes to the goddess. Ambassadors from 13 countries observed the festivities, which aimed to widen the festival's appeal. Social media engagement by youth helped elevate the festival's presence beyond India.
