Prestige Estates to launch Rs 40k cr worth homes for sale in H2 of FY27, up 2.5 times from Apr-Sep

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd plans to introduce new residential developments valued at Rs 40,000 crore in the latter half of this fiscal year. The company experienced a remarkable 76 percent rise in sales bookings last year, totaling Rs 30,024 crore. For the current fiscal year, it aims for sales bookings between Rs 35,000 and Rs 36,000 crore.
