Manipur Police arrest 13 for sharing, monetising explicit videos of women on Telegram

Manipur Police have apprehended 13 individuals in connection with the circulation of non-consensual explicit content. The arrested include a juvenile who reportedly participated in this network. Police initiated an investigation, codenamed 'Operation Dignity', in response to public reports. During the operation, authorities seized fourteen mobile phones and one laptop as evidence. The investigation continues to identify additional victims and uncover the broader network.
