Odisha shocker: Man arrested for allegedly ramming car into people

On October 12, a man named Soumya Ranjan Rath crashed his car into people aiding an accident victim. Rath fled the scene but was apprehended after his vehicle stalled. Previously, he had caused an accident that resulted in a death three months ago. Five criminal cases are now registered against him, including the recent incident and the previous case.
