Kolte-Patil sales bookings jump 52% to record Rs 1,019 crore in Q2

Kolte-Patil Developers reported a significant 52 percent increase in sales bookings for the July-September quarter. The company achieved sales of Rs 1,019 crore in this period, marking its highest quarterly sales ever. For the first half of the fiscal year, sales reached a record Rs 1,636 crore, up by 27 percent compared to last year. Despite softer demand in the broader market, the company maintained strong business momentum.
