Two held for 'passing' information to Pakistan on defence movements: Assam CM

Assam Police arrested two people, including a retired army jawan re-employed on contract, for allegedly sharing security-related information with a Pakistani intelligence operative. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the arrests followed inputs from central agencies. Preliminary findings suggest the accused may have been honey-trapped to obtain sensitive information.
