Office space leasing rises 9 per cent to 18.7 mn sq ft in Jul-Sep across top 7 cities: Colliers

Gross office leasing across seven major cities in India increased by 9 per cent in the third quarter. Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR experienced significant growth, with leasing rising to 5.2 million and 3.3 million square feet, respectively. Hyderabad saw a notable increase in leasing activity, reaching 2.2 million square feet, while Kolkata's numbers surged four-fold to 0.4 million square feet.
