Congress MP Pawan Khera on Friday accused the Centre of being “anti-Constitution” and alleged that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls had led to large-scale voter disenfranchisement. He claimed over 13 crore voters had been disenfranchised and attacked the Election Commission amid Congress protests demanding CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation.
