Ronit Roy has rented a 950 sq ft office space in Andheri West for Kerawi Care Private Limited, committing to a five-year lease worth Rs 1.39 crore. Initially priced at Rs 2.10 lakh monthly, the rent will rise by 5% each year. Additionally, Roy acquired a lavish apartment in Versova two years ago.
