Black Rock Hotels plans to scale up to 4,500 keys

Black Rock Hotels & Resorts, founded by Anshul Bhargava, aims to expand its portfolio to 4,500 hotel rooms by 2031. The company operates on a revenue share model, paying owners 25% of gross revenue. It anticipates launching its first owned property with 241 rooms in Udaipur by March 2027. Meanwhile, Black Rock is also exploring international properties in Dubai, Maldives, and Mauritius.
