Trumpeter Dr Jesse McGuire belts national anthem after instrument malfunctions in unforgettable MLB moment

After being the Arizona Diamondbacks’ good-luck charm during their 2001 World Series run, trumpeter Dr. Jesse McGuire played the national anthem for the MLB franchise once more to commemorate 25 years since that last Fall Classic victory.

McGuire was known to perform the national anthem during that postseason, which included a decisive World Series Game 7 walk-off victory over the New York Yankees, whom the Diamondbacks just so happened to schedule their 25-year World Series anniversary for during their weekend series.
