How will tribunals function if no infrastructure? SC directs Centre to identify amenities required

The Supreme Court on Monday directed the Centre to urgently identify infrastructure requirements at National Company Law Tribunal benches in consultation with the NCLT president, questioning how tribunals could function without adequate facilities. The court also asked the NCLT Principal Bench Bar Association to compile infrastructure data from all regional benches.
