‘Rs 10 per student’: 2 Odisha auditors held with Rs 14.38 lakh ‘unaccounted’ cash

Odisha vigilance officials arrested two govt auditors after they were allegedly found carrying Rs 14.38 lakh in ‘ill-gotten’ cash at Baripada in Mayurbhanj district.
