M3M acquires Noida land for record Rs 2,000 crore

M3M India proudly secured a massive 12.5-acre land parcel in Noida for around Rs 2,000 crore, further bolstering its footprint. Alongside this, they acquired an additional 6-acre site in sector 98 for Rs 414 crore. Both properties are earmarked for mixed-use, combining residential and commercial ventures. With a commitment of Rs 2,500 crore for land, they aim to finalize 7.8 million sq. ft. of ongoing projects this fiscal year.
