Chargesheet in Manipuri musician's killing within 8-9 days: Rijiju

Delhi Police assured a chargesheet in eight to nine days for the musician's death. Seven men and a juvenile were arrested for the alleged assault on C Vikram Singh. The musician died after objecting to loud shouting and drinking outside his apartment. Minister Kiren Rijiju called for the strictest possible punishment for the accused individuals. Arrangements were made to fly the musician's body back to Imphal.
