Delhi HC agrees to hear on Monday Hindutva influencer Swatantra Bhardwaj's plea against arrest

The Delhi High Court will urgently hear a plea regarding Swatantra Bhardwaj's arrest. Bhardwaj faces charges including assault and provisions of the SC/ST Act. He was detained after claiming to have assaulted a student activist's father. A POCSO case has also been registered against the influencer.
