What was supposed to be a "simpler" medical procedure for "Pawn Stars" boss Rick Harrison took an unexpected turn when doctors determined he needed emergency bypass surgery.

"He went in for a simpler procedure, and they found he needed a bypass," a spokesperson for the Harrison family told Fox News Digital. "He is resting comfortably and looking forward to a full recovery."

"He is grateful for the doctors and staff at the hospital and that his wife and family can be with him during this time," the statement continued.
