India has opened up applications for its remaining raw sugar import quota, allowing eligible millers and refiners to apply for this lucrative duty-free allocation. This follows the initial notice for a million tons, of which over seven hundred thousand have been accounted for. Interested parties have until October thirty-first to seize this opportunity.
