Delhi Lakshmi Yojana RD maturity set for July 2029, year of next Lok Sabha polls

The Delhi Lakshmi Yojana's recurring deposit matures on July 31, 2029. Eligible women receive Rs 2,500 monthly, with Rs 1,500 in RD and Rs 1,000 via digital currency. Aadhaar enrolment is facilitated for beneficiaries without the identity number. The Council of Ministers can review and change the maturity period after two years. This scheme supports up to 17 lakh eligible women across Delhi.
