Deloitte to pay $21.5 million to settle US government probe over DEI

The U.S. Department of Justice has concluded an investigation into Deloitte's diversity and inclusion efforts, leading to a $21.5 million settlement. Deloitte denies any discriminatory practices but has agreed to the settlement to resolve claims from a group challenging affirmative action, of which $4.3 million will be awarded to them as part of the deal.
