52% of Indian GCCs plan to increase hiring in FY27, up from 47% last year: Survey

Companies face challenges finding quality talent and managing compensation increases. About 1.5 lakh new roles are projected to be generated in the coming fiscal year. Demand for artificial intelligence-related skills is also significantly shifting recruitment focus.
