Urban Company sues Kent RO over ‘unsafe’, ‘risky’ water purifier ads; company to pull down 'offending' content

Urban Company has sued Kent RO Systems in the Delhi High Court, alleging that its advertisements and social media posts made false and misleading claims about Urban Company’s Native water purifiers. The dispute centres on Native’s two-year filter and service life features, which Kent RO allegedly called a “marketing gimmick” and described the purifiers as “unsafe” and “risky”.
