CPI (M) condemns attack on party leaders in Kallakurichi, demands arrest of perpetrators

Senior CPI(M) leaders faced a violent attack in Kallakurichi district on August 21. An eight-member gang assaulted the leaders and damaged their vehicle near Ulundurpet. The party alleges the attack was linked to their protest against fund misappropriation. CPI(M) leaders received medical treatment and have returned home.
