Degree delayed by insurgency, former Mizoram CM Zoramthanga to collect it 60 years later

Former Mizo Chief Minister Zoramthanga will receive his degree certificate after sixty years. He completed his graduation examination in 1966 but never collected his certificate. Zoramthanga joined the Mizo National Front and went underground soon after his exams. Gauhati University has preserved his degree certificate for all these years. He will receive the long-pending certificate at a function on Thursday.
