Cognizant hires 489 B-school graduates, over 37% from non-STEM backgrounds

Cognizant has hired 489 graduates from 58 B-schools across 37 cities, with over 37% coming from non-STEM backgrounds and more than 42% being women. The new recruits will undergo a two-week Talent Accelerator programme covering business skills, sales, marketing and AI-related work as Cognizant expands its talent pool beyond engineering backgrounds.
