TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee moves Calcutta HC challenging freezing of his bank account

Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee approached the Calcutta High Court seeking urgent relief. His personal bank account was allegedly frozen without proper procedure by a private bank. Banerjee plans to travel abroad soon for medical treatment with Supreme Court permission. Justice Krishna Rao will hear the matter on Wednesday after notice is served.
