Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi announces free textbooks for Classes IX-X, removes OCS 6-attempt limit

Odisha's Chief Minister announced free textbooks for Classes IX and X students. He also removed the six-attempt limit for the Odisha Civil Services examination. The state expects to generate three lakh jobs within two years. Skill development initiatives will be expanded through global partnerships and new centers.
