DBS Bank extends Rs 520-cr credit to K Raheja Corp to develop commercial tower in Pune

DBS Bank India has announced a substantial investment of Rs 520 crore for the development of a commercial tower in Pune. Additionally, Certus Capital has pledged over Rs 1,000 crore to various real estate projects in the first half of 2026, covering key cities such as Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, and the National Capital Region.
