US judge dismisses criminal case against billionaire Gautam Adani

A US judge dismissed criminal charges against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani. The Justice Department decided to abandon the fraud and bribery case against him. Adani denied any agreement was made for the dismissal of the indictment. He had previously pledged a ten billion dollar investment in the United States. The Adani Group has consistently denied any wrongdoing in this matter.
