Gyanesh Bharti named Andaman and Nicobar chief secretary after ECI stint

Gyanesh Bharti has been appointed Chief Secretary of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He was repatriated from central deputation to his parent cadre. This appointment follows his return from a Deputy Election Commissioner role. Manoj Kumar Dwivedi was also appointed Chairperson of the New Delhi Municipal Council. These appointments were made by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
