China imposes levies on pecans from US, Mexico

Mexican pecans will be burdened with tariffs ranging from 17.8 to 51.6 percent, while U.S. producers face a hefty flat rate of 54.3 percent. These tariffs emerge after an anti-dumping investigation initiated in September, reflecting the ongoing trade tensions between the two largest economies in the world.
