RPSG’s Purvah Green Power to acquire Renew Solar Power's 1.4 GW solar portfolio for Rs 4,859 crore

Purvah Green Power will acquire a 1.4 GWp solar portfolio for ₹4,834 crore. This acquisition will increase Purvah's contracted renewable capacity to 4.8 GWp. The acquired solar assets are spread across Rajasthan and Karnataka states. More than ninety percent of capacity is contracted with SECI under long-term agreements.
