Vinay Mohan Kwatra defends FCRA changes, says curbs driven by national security

The amendments aim to safeguard assets and ensure continuity of worship for religious organizations. Foreign contributions for health, education, and disaster relief will continue to be permitted. The law applies uniformly to all organizations, irrespective of their faith or ideology.
