PM Modi understands language of votes only; Centre will withdraw E20 policy if BJP loses Goa polls: Kejriwal

Kejriwal believes a BJP defeat will shatter the Prime Minister's arrogance. He suggested the E20 policy would be withdrawn after a BJP loss.
